We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Shift Supervisor to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our staff, you’ll be responsible for managing shift operations, leading a team, and driving sales growth while maintaining KFC’s high-quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities:*
– Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve outstanding results
– Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
– Manage shift operations, including food preparation, inventory, and cash handling
– Develop and coach team members to improve performance and skills
– Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with KFC’s policies and procedures
*Requirements:*
– 1 year of management experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment (preferred)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong customer service orientation
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic computer skills
– Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
